Hi Alisa, great to see you here. Welcome. I’m in a very rural part of the UK, so online support really suits me. I don’t have any of the WRAP training as yet, though want to do it at some point.
For me, sharing ideas and experiences about recovery helps me to feel connected and to stay well.
I’m wondering, Shasha, Alisa. What do you think would be most helpful to discuss here? I know that there are the specific groups, but i don’t feel that i fit into only one of them – i’m a sober addict with mental health issues… 🙂
I have the free app on my phone, for me maybe chatting about at the different topics and headings would be helpful? e.g. toolbox; daily plan; stressors etc
What do folks think?
