Good questions! I have a gratitude journal where every day I write down something that I’m grateful for or that brought me a moment of joy, even something as small as “My coffee tasted great.” I have a play list of songs that make me feel happier, I go for walks outside in the park when I’m in a bad mood, and I do meditation with deep breathing when I’m really stressed.
If I’m having a particularly hard time, I buy myself a bouquet of flowers, as that brings me joy each time I look at the colors and petals. Self-care!
