Good morning! I am still here haven’t been on in while. It’s been hot here in New York but hopefully today will be a good day.
I haven’t been on here since winter time. So the only time I come here is when I get an e-mail.
So how is everyone been doing?
When I am stressed lately I do some kinda of a craft or take a nap. I’ve been going to my local YMCA to workout. My 4 yr old cat keeps me company and calm. He is big and his name is BostonMaine after my favorite teams in Boston and where I am from Maine. He is a 30lb short hair and he is all black. Boston is very smart and sometimes act like a dog. Which is very funny. Boston greets me at the door and lays down when you ask him too. He is my big baby and thats how I guess I treated him since I got him at 6 weeks old. He is the best thing that came in my life and the only man in my life that don’t cause me any stress.
What do you all do to help manage your stressful day?
