I’m still here! Having a challenging summer, but using my WRAP to keep myself doing something every day that improves my wellness. Some days it is REALLY hard to get motivated. What do all of you do on those days, when you just want to stay in bed and hide from the world?
What is your “go to” motivator to do one of your daily actions?
