One wellness tool I use often is generating lots of ideas and sarting new projects. When I’m in a very low place, this always tendds to generate more energy within me. When I can’t help myself, I go help someone else.
At the same time, that is exactly what is keeping me in a vicious cycle with my burnout symptoms. Lol. I find that some wellness tools are only seemingly helpful and actually may reveal a dependency / addiction pattern.
