Hey there, it’s wonderful to talk to all of you. Rhiannon,Linda,Sarah, Brian and John. I know a lot of technical mental health solutions. But any solutions we know, are going to work correctly; only if we keep Journaling it in our personal diaries. And practice what we learn in manners that are comfortable for us. Until we get used to moving to the next stage of socializing. If your at work and you feel uncomfortable there. Write down the mistakes you make and then communicate with different co workers to help you. But you must be able to admit to other people that you’re not perfect. Because nobody is perfect. And life will never be fully perfect. But we can make it better one day at a time. One step at a time. Like the movie, we should all watch.”What About Bob,” with Bill Murray. Its so funny because the movie is so true. If your on medication, definitely talk to your doctor about dosage and different medications if you want to change. My doctor didn’t care about me. So I had to ween myself off of my meds slowly. But it hasn’t been easy, and I still take a very small dose of medication. If your doctor doesn’t understand that you’re making progress and your getting better, slowly but surely. Then keep changing your doctor. But definitely let them know you’re in the w.r.a.p program. The key lessons here. We have to talk and communicate better with a lot of different people. Whether its phone calls, text messages, our in person. with a friend, family member, co worker or doctor or even a strangers at the park walking there dogs. Even though we don’t always see these people everyday or know them. They do really care about us. So don’t be scared to talk all the time and communicate with a lot of different people about our mental health journey. You’ll find lots of more people that you wouldn’t even think of, that would help you. And you’ll have more friends than ever. It’ll take about 5 years. But slowly give people your phone numbers. Just to talk, specifically about our mental health journey. If you don’t like them, block there number. But make sure you remember, safety first. Only talk to people if you feel safe and comfortable around them. So journal in a book everyday about MH. Communicate better with good people. Change your doctor if they don’t care that you’re in the w.r.a.p program. And don’t be afraid to ask for help. Socialize slowly, admit that were not perfect and life is not perfect. And don’t be afraid to let people you trust and you know, that your in the wellness recovery action plan program. Sometimes talking about our problems is the only way to find positive solutions.
