I’m new to wrap although I was given a book about it several yrs ago I just came across it again and am hoping approaching my my feelings of guilt and shame this way will help me nolonger carry these feelings at least not to the degree that I do now. Any help navigating thru this would be greatly appreciated as I don’t even know where to start and I’ve never done anything like thus before.

Hello Angela, I’m so glad you made it here to the WRAP community. I saw that you asked for opinions on how to help you through this world and what you’re going through. My opinion is that you call out to Jesus. God will hear you praying. Then jump into the Bible wholeheartedly. The only reason I’m telling you this is because this happened to me. It was the only way for me to be sober , saved, and have joy peace and love. I don’t know if you read my bio but I have had a 15-year long addiction with mental health issues as well. I am a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, and a WRAP II Facilitator, which means that I can teach WRAP. Even if you don’t take my advice you can contact me anytime. I will help you with your WRAP and whatever else you need. You’re not alone.
