Not sure how WRAP is supposed to happen… Do I buy books and do it myself? Do I buy an online course and follow that? The facilitators listed have no way of contacting them. I live in Raleigh, NC. I want to do the program but I am not seeing any info on how to actually participate in this as a regular person (I’m not a facilitator just someone who could use this to help herself get better.)

On the Copeland Center website they have a Correspondence Course that I used. IT was worth the $325 I paid for it. That is one excellent way to go. I do have friends who just did it themselves. If you go that route, I recommend the WRAP Plus book.
