WRAP for Divorce

Hello fellow WRAP lovers!
I’m currently triggered by the reality of my divorce and the sadness is reallt, truly, triggering a lot of negative core beliefs, and depression as well as triggering my OCD.
Has anyone used WRAP for life for divorce? Does the sad feelings ever go away? I was doing alreight until I had to see my ex and now I feel worse than I have so far this divorce has been a long time coming but I can’t seem to overcome the negative emotions…. however I had not felt intense sadness like this at all through out the process. I thought family WRAP could help my girls and I rebuild. Thuoghts?
