What You’ll Do in This Training
In this interactive training, you will create your own Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) and learn tools to support your wellness. You will:
- Create a daily plan to support your goals
- Learn simple tools to stay well
- Identify triggers and how to respond to them
- Build a plan to handle stress and challenges
- Strengthen your voice, choice, and self-advocacy
- Create a plan you can actually use in your everyday life
Refund Policy
- Cancellations 30 or more days before training: Full refund
- Cancellations 15–29 days before training: 50% refund
- Cancellations 14 days or less before the training: No refund
