We understand that plans can change. To ensure that our trainings are effective and fully attended, we have established the following refund policy for cancellations:
- **Cancellations 30 days or more before the training start date:** full refund
- **Cancellations between 15 and 29 days before the training start date:** 50% refund
- **Cancellations less than 15 days before the training start date:** No refund.
*Please note:* – All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [trainings@ahpnet.com]. – Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request. – Participants may transfer their registration to another individual or apply it to a future training session, provided they notify us at least 15 days before the original training date.
