The WRAP for Healthy Aging Workbook is an adaptation of the foundational WRAP “Red Book” designed specifically for adults aged 60 and older.
Many people have used WRAP across the life span, including adapting their WRAP for the challenges of healthy aging. Now there is a workbook just for older adults.
In WRAP, we believe there are no limits to wellness, no matter your age. In 2018, WRAP was formally implemented to support older adults through a project of the University of
Illinois at Chicago Center on Mental Health Services Research and Policy, funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Community Living.
